It's fair to say that volunteers are the lifeblood of almost any nonprofit and we are no exception. Volunteers contribute 100 to 300 hours each month to keeping our food pantry operations and other initiatives active and healthy. If you are not in our local area, we encourage you to seek out your local food cupboard, food pantry, homeless shelter or other organization and lend a hand!
We have the following Volunteer Opportunites available:
Greenville, Maine - 2 Volunteers needed on the 1st & 3rd Monday of each month to assist with our Food Distribution program.
Guilford, Maine - August 1st & 2nd we need 4 to 6 able-bodied volunteers to help move a warehouse full of yard sale items.
Anywhere! - Video Production needed ASAP. We have a wonderful opportunity to create a video using material from a world renowned champion in the war on hunger. We urgently need someone willing to donate their video production talents to help us do justice to this project!
